Flexi Gold season ticket | Wolves window open

I said this to the lady on the phone… but she was adamant it had to be 16 attended (scanned in) not just purchased.

I questioned it because I will buy all mine as it’s only £14.50 per game for me. So if I attended 15 in person but couldn’t make 4 (still purchased though) I wouldn’t be able to upgrade according to the lady I spoke to…
I think some of the wording on these things is a bit ambiguous sometimes and you could probably speak to two different operators and get two different answers on a whole range of topics.

Although I did see this earlier when I was looking for something else.

Your Season Ticket will be counted as “used” if you:

  • Attend the match and have your ticket scanned at the stadium
  • Transfer your ticket to another City fan
  • List your ticket on the Ticket Exchange (up to 6 hours before kick-off)
  • Donate your ticket to City in the Community

Taking that literally, you could transfer your ticket to somebody who has no intention of going either and it would count as ‘being used’

After being a huge advocate of these Flexi Gold season tickets, this late email made me smile.......
Got the same e-mail. :-)

The monthly e-mail with all upcoming fixtures is useful - I set up an alert to buy on the first day, so that I don't have to rely on these "timely" reminders ;-)

I transferred a flexi jr once and they removed the 10icket points. Anyone else noticed that?!

Rubbish mate, I missed the window for Wolves and am not happy about it.

Doesn't anyone at the Club think, it's Christmas and New Year week, many fans will have their week disrupted and may not see the email from City saying the window is open!

Shutting the window af 10:00 on Friday the 2nd of January is pathetic!

Sort it out City and get it reopened for a few days.

Seriously though, it should be open for a certain number of working days (that's Monday to Friday for some of us).
This weeks 3.5 half day window or whatever it is has been included New Years Eve and a full Bank Holiday day!

Not happy about this.

Fuming about this.
When I previously enquired about purchasing after a window had closed they wanted full matchday ticket price.. the seat went empty instead.

It happened to me last season and I spent the best part of 2 days trying to speak to someone, eventually when I did they said it had sold! I had to pay full price

Today I started to contact the Club about an hour after I realised the window had closed.
I tried emailing, the socials and ringing.
The phone incurs a long wait but with a message saying they are prioritising Chelsea enquiries, in other words, dont bother ringing about anthing else!

It said something about trying to contact the Club on Monday with other enquiries. Monday!. Obviously it will be highly likely the seat I wanted for a Junior would have been resold come Monday.

Thankfully I rarely have to communicate with the ticket office direct but when I do it's frustatrion!

Stuff like this annoys me. How hard is it to have someone, or even a bot to manage these queries, everywhere else can sort stuff like this out.

They are basically turning fans away for a game that wil be at least 2k under capacity!
