Flexi gold ticket transfer?

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but I’m struggling to find a definitive answer on it.

As we know on flexi-gold ST’s there is no possibility to transfer tickets to someone else. I understand this is the concept of these tickets.

Citys response is if you can’t make the game you can sell your seat back to the club for a refund up to 7 days before the match.
The problem with this is many of us still can’t commit within 7 days.

For example. Work/ childcare etc.

So what do we do? Is there a way around it? Does the seat just stay empty?

Any help would be appreciated

The only way around it would be to allow someone access to the account and download the season ticket to their phone/wallet.

Obviously this would have to be with someone you know and trust as you would be relying on them removing it after the game.

I thought as much, which will generally be fine. Couple close mates/family that will usually take any. Would rather just not have to piss about haha

Have you or anyone tried this? I can’t make the Forest game but my brother in law just lives round the corner and would like to use it. I removed the flexi gold out of my apple wallet. He has tried logging in to download but it says forbidden, remove the pass first…

Haven’t tried it personally but have heard of others that it has worked for. No idea why it isn’t working for you sorry. Hopefully someone on here can advise better than I can.
 
If you call Customer Services, tell them your are struggling to access your ticket, and ask them to send you an email with the link to the ticket. You can then forward the email and ANYONE with access to the email can download the ticket to their wallet. Once downloaded to a wallet that ticket is secure, only releasing the ticket from a walker can it be linked to another wallet.

Just get yourself a spare old phone, just leave your city ticket on this one device and use it yourself when you are going and when you arent going give the phone to your friends or family to use.
