Palmer is very much world class. And his best position is RCM, not SS. And he's a phenomenal creator lol.
 
Palmer failed to cement a place at CIty and never displayed "World Class" form either. Despite Foden's bad season he is still the yard stick for any promising EDS talent at the club.

He's a top 10 asset in world football atm. Imagine if he "improved considerably"!!

Also, he only turned 23 today, so further development is obviously not out of the picture. The lad is world class by almost every definition of the term. My definition of world class would be a top 5 player in their respective position. Walks into any team in the world.

Would be an amazing signing for us. I'd pay 100m for him without hesitation if he wanted to return (and so would City).

I will have to disagree with you there mate. He's been playing in a very similar position to KDB.

FWIW that bild journalist is supposed to be very reliable, especially for bayern stuff

Gundogan wasn’t there when Palmer left, are you suggesting 2 years ago Palmer should play ahead of Foden and KDB ?

He is chief reporter for BILD Bavaria.

This could be what someone from Bayern has told him. That he is interested in Bayern. Doesn't mean Wirtz is not interested in City as well.

If you read the article, it's speculative. It even states City are still interested as well.
