I'm more than happy to be proven wrong with this and would welcome it really, but I have this feeling at the back of my mind that Wirtz isn't what we need. For this next evolution of what football looks like, for all the commotion around him, the indecisiveness, something feels off, and the combination of Gibbs-White and Reijnders feels more suited, maybe with a winger that adds creativity and goals.

Wirtz and Reijnders would be way better though. Gibbs-White is painfully average. He’d be a Villa/Spurs signing. We want to get our title back of the gobshite whining bindippers next season.

Think it has to be Wirtz or Reijnders, and Gibbs White just based on squad places that might be available. Thats okay though because Gibbs White is better than average and would be a good signing.

Don't get me wrong, I'd be more than happy with that combination. Realistically, with the prices quoted, PSR, homegrown status and everything else taken into account, I don't think Reijnders and Wirtz would happen.

Yeah, at this point I'm not sure how Reijnders fits into the puzzle. Maybe Forest wanted too much money for MGW, so we pivoted to Milan. I haven't seen Reijnders play I assume he is an 8 not a 10

Bild's reporting over the last week has been brutal. What does that even mean? He seems to be walking back his report from last week. It still feels like Bayern is trying to use their connections in the German media to strong arm Wirtz into making a decision.
