Probably not allowed as it's the Europa final. Why can’t we play Bournemouth Wednesday rather than Tuesday?

United spurs pretending to be big clubs that nightWhy can’t we play Bournemouth Wednesday rather than Tuesday?
Agree. Man City is widely known around the world as one of the best and biggest clubs around and have been the top dogs of PL in the last decade. Nobody would question other top clubs like Bayern/Real Madrid/Barcelonas ability to attract top talent even if they would miss out on CL one year, since everyone thats not completely deluded knows they will be back asap. CL football makes more of a difference to clubs like Spurs or Villa, not to the absolute elite clubs of Europe and the world. Missing out on CL football would have very little impact on our ability to attract the players we want.I think this is a myth.
Manchester City is recognised as a powerful club - the best in the PL and one of the best in Europe. We have the structure, finances, facilities, coaching and reputation to appeal to the very best, regardless of participation in the CL for one year out of the last however many.
That doesn't matter, you should be able to understand the difference
This is Lyall trying to stay in the news/ahead of others by tweeting early.
Obviously we're hopeful of doing a deal, surely that's the case for every fucker we try and sign? We don't try and sign somebody if we're gutted about a deal being done?
Transfer jargon winds me right up.
I wonder if we do charter or we just have a club one thats on standbyHiring a private plane to fly a players entourage in - does indicate we might have an interest in signing the player. These journalists think we are a dim and stupid as they are….
Won’t 4 points more than likely do us for top 5?
a guess the one in city colours would defeat the objectI wonder if we do charter or we just have a club one thats on standby
not necessarily in city colours but surely with all the travel that the execs have to do and with who our sponsors are we just own one at this pointa guess the one in city colours would defeat the object
i know its the wrong thread but you may be right.
i had thought we needed to win both so thats'smy bad.
i think 69 is the minimum though so 4 points needed
if chelsea and forest draw then 67 would do it on goal difference.
as it stands...
Arsenal: 68 (+33) - Newcastle (H), Southampton (A)
Newcastle: 66 (+23) - Arsenal (A), Everton (H)
Man City: 65 (+24) - Bournemouth (H), Fulham (A)
Chelsea: 63 (+19) - Man Utd (H), Nottingham Forest (A)
Aston Villa: 63 (+7) - Tottenham (H), Man Utd (A)
Nottingham Forest: 62 (+12) - West Ham (A), Chelsea (H)
if we win both were sound but if we win one and draw one...
Newcastle 72 - win both thus arsenal losing a 2 horse race.
Arsenal 71 - beat southampton
City 69 - win one, draw one
Chelsea 69 - win both.
Villa 69 - win both
Forest 65 - lose to Chelsea
yes but if he only wanted bayern i doubt he makes the trip yesterdayWhat a coup it would be for City to land this kid.
Will be very difficult and a real sales driven pitch, convincing both Mum and Dad and Florian himself. Fairly easy for him to stay in Germany near family and move to a big club in Bayern on a big salary.
Fair fucks if he comes.
I think if we do manage to get him, Reijnders, MGW, and some fullbacks we'll fully be backWhat a coup it would be for City to land this kid.

Supposedly been finding a lot more time to go back to Barcelona though hasn't he to spend time with his family. Trying to make his marriage work again.I was sat in a relative’s garden close to the airport on Sunday and I was on the plane app. At 3pm a private jet flew over and it was going to Barca. I am pretty sure it was the same plane that Gundogan used last summer. I just automatically thought wonder if Pep is on that as I assume they had given the players a few days off. When the reports of Wirtzs parents were meeting Pep yesterday I noted that Jack mentioned Pep was out of the region and did not meet them.
Yeah, Villa’s goal difference is bobbins mate so 4 points would do us.i know its the wrong thread but you may be right.
