Too much like Foden for me, variation is the key and one of this type is enough.
A midfield of Bruno and Rodri would be magnificent.We'll end up arguing over 5 million quid and end up with someone like Bruno Guimaraes!
We already knew that rice wanted arsenal . Wirtz for £130 million is crazy moneyNobody thought we’d pay £100m for Grealish.
I’m sure if we really want him we’d pay what it takes. Before anyone says Rice, I truly believe we didn’t think he was worth what West Ham wanted.

Aren’t they saying it’s €130m not £130m. What is the exchange rate? I’ve really not seen much of Wirtz, not too keen on watching German football.

Wirtz is undeniably brilliant, but if we’re to improve our team/squad to the maximum, there are other priorities considering we literally already have Phil Foden. I don’t think Wirtz will happen for us. Paqueta and a winger (Neto seems to be the one) makes more sense. Foden and KDB for the advanced creativity in the centre, Paqueta and Rodri are both creative from deeper. Then actual winger options out wide, with Savio presumably out to Girona for one more year since he’s only 19. That improves us more than signing Wirtz and playing Foden from the right forever. That’s just more of the same.

My biggest concern would be him doing a "Havertz", suffering from PL's physical (wrestling) play and MUCH tighter defences than both of them used to have in Bundesliga matches.
Done his ACl aged 19.
Players like him and Musiala are class in Germany but I'd be careful with PL footy.
We will see what both can offer in EURO matches come summer...
Paqueta and Neto would he superb - if they have the top attitude Pep wants.
