Florian Wirtz

Been known for a while Txiki is leaving. He’s way
more replaceable.

Pep’s future more uncertain, I just don’t see City getting a replacement sorted whilst there is a chance Pep stays. They will be doing everything to keep him for as long as possible, so won’t be setting deadlines for a replacement in 26/27. Even Xabi Alonso looks very average with Leverkusen this season.

I hope we do because the managerial market is so poor right now.
Not sure it is poor, think it's normal.Pep was /is freakish. After Pep we will be looking for the best possible but we'll be back in the pool of normality.

Txiki has been a huge part of our success, don't underestimate the loss of the little fella.

Next manager will be a similar style, possession based etc it's our identity now from the senior team down to the youth teams its why Amorim never really fitted hes more Mourinho. I can see us getting Kompany if he does well.

Overseen the decline of our midfield though? I think that’s a completely fair comment.

Txixi is not perfect, but he bring more positive than negative with the way he build winning squad team that can last several seasons. His failure the decline in midfield does not disminish the rest of his achievement.

If Txixi just bring few throphy like the rags did despite spending billions in squad for past decade, then he deserved to be criticized.

So it's not fair comment at all.

Not a fair comment but a true comment though .

The fitness and form of KDB makes this guy an absolute must for the summer.....we cannot afford to wait or have sentiment cloud our decision..

It needs to be KDB's last season at least as a guaranteed starter at the very least.....this lad is the closest to a natural replacement as it gets.
