I'm not clicking on the link as the wording says all anyone needs. Absolute bollocks, can you imagine how popular he'd be with people at the club if their annual wage rises are cut just so they could give him all of their money.
 
You do have to wonder how much his potential transfer is affecting his performances.

Since the end of January when the media speculation started going into overdrive, he has played 9 games and missed 3 via injury. Only 1 assist in that time and no goals.

Bayer Leverkusen have cemented 2nd place with today's win and Bayern Munich win the league with a win next weekend so hopefully we will see something break in the media after that.

I don't anything will be decided in terms of us until CL is achieved, I still say without that he does not arrive.

Im sure there will be some levers they will be able to pull just like Barca..they are the crown jewel of german football so Im sure Rummenigge et al will be canvasing for it to happen for starters

I also certain there will be conversation about Wirtz position in the national team should he not play in the German league just like there was with Sane

really...how long have you been following footballl transfers?

We will get the reports that the player has gone on holiday first before sorting out their future.....and needs time to think, then we will get about 2 weeks of back and forth stories about where he is favourite to end up before its even close.....then it will get done whereever he decides to go in the last weeks of the transfer window.

He tick the Micky mouse category in terms of marketing as well as entertainment and will contribute a lot of goals and assists.


The Story about Bayern chairman or whatever his position is visiting his father and claiming it was only to give advice regarding commercials or image rights ( something like that ) is hard to believe.


On top of that we have Angry & Hungry Perez, who paid Mbappe's Mom more than 100m as a commission

Will not be against spending big on Wirtz


But Lets hope Khaldoon will find a way to sign him

I think this may be overplayed, Sane was struggling at times to get in the City team.
The national team seem to have room for Kroos, Gundo, Havertz and others in recent years.
 
I just know that Pep can make Wirtz an absolute diamond. All the ingredients are there but I know the media would also be referring to him as the KDB replacement every time a performance falls below a 7/10.

I was on the wind up Immel was like seaman he should retired not signed for another professional football club.

it would have done if he had stayed...this was strongly hinted at in the press at the time of his leaving and by various Bayern officials

Fair. But not a surprise that Bayern were the ones hinting. And I suspect that if he had stayed he still would have been picked. We’ll never know with him.

With Gundo we have a proven example to point Wirtz to.
