Could anyone give me some advice.
Yesterday I booked to go to Florida in February 2014 with the family, 2 adults & 2 kids, I was quoted £985 for a 5 day un-limited pass to the theme parks, has anybody been and if so is it cheaper to buy the tickets in Florida or do I bite the bullet and stump up to Thomas Cook.

Hi

Have always ordered tickets from these guys.

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.mapleleaftickets.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mapleleaftickets.com/</a>

Omar the owner will send to UK or you can have them delivered or pick them up. They are actual tickets rather than quite a few that give you vouchers to exchange at gate ticket office which takes time.

Totally recommend them as trustworthy and reliable

Im just back from 2 and a half weeks in Florida and i got our tickets from <a class="postlink" href="http://www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk/</a>

Its not cheaper to buy them over there, UK/Europe etc get them cheaper.

Bear in mind how long you are there and where you want to go...you can spend a full day in one park and Disney itself has Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach....thats 6 day.

I got 14 days Disney passes and 14 day Universal passes....was roughly £350 each.

You get individual tickets/cards for each person.

There are loads of combo tickets for 14 days available you have to search to get the best deals, I take it you want Disney tickets because they are the killer ones, without Disney they are quite a lot cheaper.

Google the DIBB (Disney Bulletin Board)

Register free and it's a wealth of information about Florida, park or event tickets, trip planning, the works

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\ This all day long /\/\/\/\/\/\/\

Last time I went, a car hire deal was flagged up on The Dibb and I got a big fuck off GMC SUV for £250 for the fortnight. It was cheaper than hiring a Vauxhall Corsa in Spain

Another recommendation for the DIBB

What the fuck is wrong with Blackpool you aspirational ***** ;-)

Haha. Keeping two kids from complete boredom for two weeks in that shit tip Blackpool could cost you more. Unless your young uns enjoy spotting hunched back, small handed, boss eyed freaks who aren't wearing costumes the place is a rip off. Then again the early afternoon game of dodging pissed up Jocks clad in either blue or green/white is quite fun and gives a true lesson in life to youngsters.
