Now I know there a plenty of FM masters on here, so I was wondering if you would like to share some of your wisdom with a less, lets say successfull, player. Quality young players? Good tactics to use?

I'm getting to that stage :(
I just got an official warning from khaldoon al mubarak saying if I didn't improve I would be sacked

I had a streak of 11 draws at one point aswell

Ohh i aint had the warning yet ;) Just i have had a great run and now they decide to play shit !!!! Hmm :| That game drives people insane .

Marouane Chamakh is keeping me in my job, average match rating of 8.23, brilliant compared to 2nd best Barry 6.74

Barry was my star man and I played him with Moutinho who i got for £15million from Sporting Lisbon. I bought Sakho from PSG for £18million and Cissokho from Lyon for £14million. Won the league in my first season. Santa Cruz was amazing once he got back from injury.

Who is that :|

He's from Morocco, plays for Bordeaux, not the best striker but his form and goalscoring is keeping him in my team, which I fear may not be mine for much longer :(

May take some of simons advice and see if I can pull a 4 month winning streak and get top 6, believe in me Khaldoon!

Sakho's quality!! I havn't been on it since I won the league and that was back in November. I started a game with Elgin City and that just infuriates me cause I'm great one week and awful the next! Good luck keeping your job!
