Foden back in training / on the plane to Munich

So ignore the medical experience on how long it takes and let’s all write off the season. That’s the spirit.
I based my comment on my friend who plays rugby and had that operation a couple of years ago. According to him it took him three months just to start training properly. But hey, for every idiotic post based on nothing, there are those who possess truth and ultimate knowledge of everything.

Can't see him being out too long.
I had my appendix out when I was younger. Mine burst and the doctor said it was one of the worst he had ever seen.
My job didn't involve running round like foden's does (I worked at McDonald's at the time) but think I was back in work after about 10 days.

Would think 3 weeks he'll be back in training and then playing again the week after.

How long was he actually out for ?

HIs appendix went 26th July, and he had his first real on-field practice on 17th August.

However, he was allowed to start throwing after 2 weeks so 9th August and due to the weight loss he experienced, I'm sure I read he was in the gym around the same time too. Maybe light work on a bike?

Go back and read my comment and look who I replied to.

I was in hospital on drips and morphine for nearly a week when mine burst then at least 2 or 3 weeks before I could go into my work.

It seems every time we have players sent on England duty we cop for someone out for a long time.
Love to know what Waistcoat does with our players

Doesn't sound good but I know a rugby player who had his appendix removed during the week and still played on a Sunday. May not be as long as expected.

I don’t think even St Southgate has the power to cause acute appendicitis, but it gives him a decent excuse until the autumn internationals to keep Phil out of the side.

To be honest I don't know why he picks Foden, treats him badly imo
