Has anyone else completed this? Absolute nonsense in my opinion. It expects you to decide which pie, beer, soft drink and hot drink to buy based on 4 criteria- 1. Variety 2. Price. 3. Where in the stadium you purchase it from 4. When you purchase it (before, during, half time or at the end of the game).

No idea what data the club are hoping to gather from such a mixed bunch of questions!

I only completed it so I could tell them to speed up the bloody service!

All the club need to do is read and digest my detailed and comprehensive review of the food within the stadium here:

Pissed myself at this too. No questions as to why I refuse to buy food/drink at the stadium...

Its a joke mate, I didn't make it past the first few questions, its just a personal Information gathering exercise to pass on to retailers I expect..
 
I just went to do the survey as I get the fuckin' rage every time I try to buy food or beverages from inside the stadium. 11 years later and it's still a fuckin' joke trying to buy a pint or an extortionate pie at half time. But the survey say's it's closed now.
 
I got as far as it asking the 'Pint' options when and where would I buy either a pint of Fosters or John Smiths ...... fuckin' neither. Anywhere. Ever ..... not even at 20p a pint ...

Utterly pointless exercise.

City ...... Sort the beer. Sort the SPEED of serving the beer .....

End of survey.
 
This was far more and more sinister than a simple food and beverage email. The email is addressed to you, personally. It asks for your age, your income and other things that bear no relevance as to the price of a pie.

Your data has just been harvested by the MCFC database.
 
Unfortunately, I filled it in.

My eating/drinking habits for matches is quite simple. I arrive about 10 minutes before the start, buy a white coffee and a meat and tatty pie, and take it to my seat. I don't touch the gnats piss (sorry, beer/lager) they serve at the bar AT ANY TIME, neither do I buy anything at half or full time - by the latter, I just want to go home.

Could I convey this in the survey, could I fuck. In the end, I tried to give a gentle hint that I only bought pre-match, but in some circumstances (eg, the "beer" and burger questions, I just made it up. The value of my replies is, therefore, worthless.

At the end, I was expecting some form of feedback form, but there was nothing there.

A complete and utter waste of time.

As for the data, they already have this, as part of my general background information when I first applied for my Seasoncard, so it's nothing they don't already know.
