Food bank at West Ham game (p5)

Bring something decent if donating. I look in the trolleys in Tesco and Asda and it seems people chuck in any old shit and certainly not something most would buy for themselves. Smart price noodles at 10p a pack! FFS.

Ha ha. I tend to go for quality when doing this kind of thing. A couple of years ago when we played Huddersfield away (the one we won late on with that rebound off Sterling), myself and a fair few of the 1894 lot dropped some stuff off at their foodbank near the ground. The fact that we got pissed up first before making our way over to Sainsburys went in the favour of the recipients as we ended up getting a bit carried away and came out of the supermarket with shit loads more than we were planning to buy!

Well done to those behind the scheme. I know the similar project at Everton inspired this.
We can all debate the politics of the issue and if that is what you want to do start a thread in the appropriate forum. This thread is about raising awaremess of the plans for todays game and beyond.
Again, well done to those involved and who donate.
