No words about what happened, uefa should do something against napoli fans.

To be fair to Napoli fans, Neopolitans they are treated as racially inferior in Italy and politically and socially there are deep rooted tensions. I reckon Napoli fans would think that if a few of them were shot, there would be nothing to come out of it - there would be no justice.

So they decided to make a stand and not allow the game to start as scheduled - it was for effect, not for no reason and not because they were being dicks. Of course they didn't have to throw flares, that was dickish, but with no prior planning and in the spur of the moment they probably just did what first came to mind that would cause most disruption.
