Why does the Octagon report cover Etihad and Etisalat sponsorhips? They are not related parties to MCFC by IAS-24. State sponsorship by the Emir (His Highness) that bends the rules a bit, but hey UEFA were trying to flatten us.

A slight side point, but I do wonder whether clubs actually bother to use any sort of encryption. Seems like documents are being leaked all the time, not that I condone the behaviour of course but it seems like the security techniques of these officials are either poor or non existent
