Football on hold?

A good friend of mine is a coach at Cardiff, big rumours there that football clubs are going to be briefed on a 3 week shutdown shortly...
Not saying it's 100% but he's usually right with info.
What do you reckon blues? I think it's inevitable something will happen. Can see the FA cup getting scrapped as well to ease fixture congestion...

It’ll all be suspended by Jan 14th.
We’ll all have much bigger worries than football games.

Just like first time around, events are overtaking govt and FA.

A suspension seems virtually certain.

Considering football was suspended earlier this year when Covid infections were less, it would make complete sense to suspend it until at least the start of February

Should never have been restarted, gives the impression to the public that this pandemic is nothing to worry about, especially with a crowd at some games.
