Chester's ground is at least partly in Wales. Does that count?

Chester would be right but the current club is a new entity I think but maybe they were never in the top echelon being formed after the football league started.
Sheffield FC is right, their ground is in Dronfield. There may be others I don't know about.

I can only assume you mean team composed of only English players?

That would be us I imagine.
