No, not Henchoz.

It was Stephane Chapuisat in the 1997 Champions League Final for Borussia Dortmund.

Total guess 1993, as we played QPR in the first Monday Night Football game at Maine Road.

1-1 David White and Andy Sinton
 
94-95, Norwich were relegated but QPR stayed up until the next season when they went down with us.
