And..... which non league ground is the only ground in the country below sea level?

Boundary Park, as you said.
I'm sure the Hawthorns is the highest ground in the divisions, however I think Buxton's ground (not sure of the name but it's something llike Silverlands) is the highest in the country.

I'm guessing the lowest is in either East Anglia or Devonshire way. Am I close?
