For you, what are Mancini's goals for keeping his job?

Mine hasn't changed since the beginning of the season.

Automatic keep: at least 4th and a trophy.
Automatic dismissal: 5th and no trophies.
Anything between should be reviewed by management.

What is your baseline of satisfaction and dissatisfaction?

Just a Champions League spot would be okay for me, even though this means losing to the rags in the process.

Then in the summer we can attract another level of players, and more trophies will be easier to win.

Plus we can also shove it up Spuds ass.

I think he needs a minimum of 3rd and the FA Cup, I'm afraid he'll get neither. Then we are truly in the shit, because we won't get the best manager, and in any case we will have to rebuild again, it will be 3 wasted years.

Doesn't matter what happens now. He's proved he's not the man for the job. You judge a manager on his entire tenure, not the 6 games his wavering fans seem to now be suggesting.

this is on the nail, we can do better than mancini, results and level of performances have been piss poor, but 4th and the fa cup would save his sorry ass , but for me we need to change,
