Hello blues,
I'm from the states, and I've been saving up to attend a match for close to 4 years. I'm not exactly swimming in money so this has been a huge effort for me and now that I've got the trip finally squared away I've realized I'm completely lost when it comes to tickets. I had to book the flight to England before the schedule came out for price reasons, which sadly fell on Spurs away September 26. Any advice is gold to me at this point.
My first question is whether or not its realistically feasible to get tickets in the away end. I know I wont have nearly enough points if I purchased a Cityzen card to buy a ticket directly (actually two because my gf also a blue is in the mix), but would the Cityzen card be worth it to participate in the club-run ticket exchange? Do ticket exchanges happen usually in person or does the card allow it to happen digitally? And if its doesnt need to be physical, since I wont get up to Manchester now sadly, will there actually be two being sold second-hand? KFA when it comes to exchanges as you can see.
Second, are Cityzen cards even still available? I was thinking about buying one a few days ago but decided I'd better ask here first, and just looked now and it says its not available for me... Dont know what thats about because I had one in my shopping cart only a few days ago.
Finally, if the away end is out of the question and I have to quietly sit amongst the Spurs fans, any advice on getting those tickets? I'll probably have to figure that one out myself but figured its worth an ask.
Anyway, this is huge dream of mine and any advice is incredibly helpful.
Cheers
