I had an account: 'Angry Kelvin'

It randomly said I wasn't logged in, so I tried to log in and it doesn't accept my username/password.
Using the password recovery options, it says my username doesn't exist and my email address is not found.
If I try to create a new account with the same username it says it already exists.
If I try to create a new account with the same email address it says it already exists.
Any ideas?
