Euro 2020 was similar too, the pathway to trophies has definitely been there for Southgates England, that's before they shit the bed.The same 'luck' he had in Russia.

I certainly won't be fearing the Netherlands, I guess they'll be saying they won't fear us either thoughSouthgate won't believe his luck, Germany, Portugal, Spain and maybe France on the other side of the draw if England top the group.
Could be Netherlands in the last 16 but the path is opening up again.
Agreed, and agree he does stop, twice imo. But i just looked at the rules saying 'feinting' is allowed during run up, but not once run up is complete, so how do they define feinting (vs stopping) and when is the run up complete? presumably not until the ball is kicked? I don't see anything now mentioned about stopping, which is ridiculous. All these stutters are very clever to avoid stopping, which I think is the rule. For me, crosses the line, and Lewandowski does stop just before kicking.
just standard for him, had extremely kind qualifying groups and paths to semi finals and finalsSouthgate won't believe his luck, Germany, Portugal, Spain and maybe France on the other side of the draw if England top the group.
