Should have stayed a year more at Derby atleast . But it's a big opportunity.

Maybe similar to Vinny returning to coach us once pep leaves. Needs a few years experience

Good luck to him. Always spoke very highly of us after his season here however it's a huge task he's taking on. Roman must give him time

Keeper! and Don Karleone like this.
  4. Jeez Chelsea will be lucky to get top 6 transfer ban no Hazard and a shocking strike force plus a manager who's 12 months old lol.

  5. Big risk for Chelsea, big opportunity for Lampard.

    It's barm so STFU.
Can't blame him for taking the opportunity but I feel he needed a few more years experience before taking a "big" job. Is it possibly a hint that Abramovitch is moving on, Lampard seems an uncharacteristic appointment for him.

Wonder if Derby are eyeing Rafa the Gaffer now that he is free?
