First time I saw him was at the Festival of the 10th Summer at GMEX 1986.
He came on between two acts and just swept the floor. Didn't say anything at all, just swept up and walked off !

Him and Little Frank were hilarious. Had a regular spot on Out on Blue 6, on the wireless, in the 90's. Anyone still pinch their nose and do the voices? Lol

What happened to The International 1 - I used to live 5 minutes from there and saw some great bands (and some shit ones) there for about £5 per gig.

Has been a Turkish supermarket for a very long time. I went in there years ago. They didn't change anything inside, just put in aisles of shelving in there

Saw many bands there in the 80's. Red hot chilli peppers and Jane's Addiction are two that spring to mind.
