Good news if true. £45m will be a good deal.
Will he get a work permit though with his drugs ban?
My only issue is his height. The shelling Fern has been under since the Palace game is pretty intense. It's working too as the opposition are winning quite a bit of 2nd balls.

Has anybody expressed concerns about his height, as he seems very small for a DM .
Fernandinho isn't the tallest, but he copes well when the ball is the air .
I haven't seen him play or read all the thread, so apologies if covered.

The Blues were unsuccessful in their attempts to sign the Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder in the January transfer window but have now reached an agreement
Manchester City have agreed a deal in principle to sign Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred for £44.5 million this summer, Goal understands.
It is believed that all parties have agreed on the terms of the move, although nothing is officially signed.

just thinking the same,none of the team are tweeting,something must have happenedAnyone else wondering what's going on with City Watch? Not like them to not tweet anything for 24 hours, figured there would be all sorts of quotes from Pep's presser and links to Dybala + this Fred news, but nothing.
