Is this true?! He is an awesome young player. If he is available I'm surprised there has not been a huge clamour for him.

Not sure if this guy is what we need I love dinho but technically he isn't thag deep lying playmaker don't know why we're going after a player with similar qualities when we need to replace toure. Weigl or Jorginho would be ideal imo.

Its the contrary of what you said. Also Jorginho was trying to play for Brazilian nt until three months ago and Tite refused him, while Fred was called in the past and is in the plans of the Brazilian manager.
Why?: because Fred looks more a Brazilian player than Jorginh; better dribbling; more agile, better first touch, better finishing.
But as a replacement for Fernandinho, Jorginho probably makes more sense.
