Free(I believe) scarf in Waldorf tomorrow to celebrate derby day

I watched a glaswegian lass headbut a dwarf in the crossroads on grey mare lane once.
lifted him up to her head height to aim striaght.

only been in the monkey once decades ago, was more a waggon n horses and nelson drinkier in my youth, while being recused service in the vale cottage for not being a regular ;-)
loved that pub...it was up for sale last year

You're thinking Whalley Range. Did you work in the dole office or blood bank?

Anyone who calls it The Waldy or Wally must be a different generation. Getting old me.

The fucking Wally ....ffs
Dole Office & yeah Wally.

I worked in Piccadilly round the corner on Aytoun Street...went in The Waldorf every single dinner. It was very different to the Waldorf of today. Used to eat there too.

Some characters in the dole office on Giro hand out day for those with insecure addresses.

Never the same since it's makeover in the 80's.

It was at it's best when IIRC Martin?, the gay guy was landlord.

It's all become too wooden in it's later guises .
