Go for a Sopcast link. They never go down, and quality is usually much higher. Install the software from HERE then choose one of the links shadygiz posted that start with "sop://"

Since flash is not supported by Apple, a Flash stream will not work on either iPad or iPhone.

Not one with English comms. The first sopcast stream is good, just mute it and listen to GMR
