The quality isn't perfect but it's English and it doesn't cut out - much. The best you can hope for from the internet I guess.

HELP ME!!
Once you install sopcast restart your pc and make sure your antivirus and firewall arn't blocking sopcast.
When you click the link if you just get an empty blanc browser and a sopcast box but nothing playing.
Click the refresh button on the browser to connect to the channel.
A little box will pop out of the top right hand side of the sopcast box and start playing the program. Rember it doesn't play instantly it takes a minute or two for the stream to buffer so you can watch it.
Basically in the second box that poped out of the side of the sopcast box will be a little green/white box in the bottom right hand corner. The more green and the higher the number (you want ideally 80% to 90%) the better the picture will be. Again remember it takes time for the stream to fully buffer even if it goes to 80 to 90 percent straight away give it time.
