the setanta US links are all streamed at around 600-700kbps...so try and stick with them if you want better quality mate

It's not close to "real" HD, but LiveSport 1 [RO] is 800 kbps (but not English), Eurosoccer 600 (not English). Setanta US should be in 500 kbps, and of course in English.

Footy in HD might show it, on Ustream, but they've gone down in image quality lately. Probably around the same as Setanta.

I have only just realised that Veetle works on Macs too.

So just downloaded it to give it a try. It used to work very well on the pc

Never been able to get streaming to work. I got 2 meg broadband, is this too slow for streaming?

Also, before the KO do I need to download anything??

You can stream with around 0.25 Mb with most links, so it's absolutely not a problem.

You need to download software for all except those in Flash ("Media player" on MyP2P), Sopcast and TVU is recommended. You often only need one though.
