Don't agree on SWP, he worked hard and did okay, not great. Benjani looks out of his class but will always love him for the winner at the Swamp!!!!
Barry looked aggressive and had a good game, as did Zab for me. Early doors so watch this space. There were quite a few young guys playing. Taylor looks very average at this stage.
Petrov looked out of form but again early days.

A few fond farewells probably in order...Etuhu & Benjani for sure. Should be scoring at this level, not just assisting.

Then the tricky ones - what about the Boj & Petrov ? Can't call those. Could go either way - depends how Hughesy sets up his attacking options.

Big Phil on loan we know about. Glad its only a loan and we're keeping his registration.

Gotta make room for the youngsters coming through - McGivern, Mee, Vidal & Weiss all got on tonight, the first two playing the whole game.

Add whatever excuses we want but the game was still average! It is early days and most of front guns were missing. Most important is that we won without playing particularly well, a good sign for the future.
What did people think of the KC wingers? They looked good and fast to me.

I was more impressed with McGivern and Mee, I didn't feel nervous whatsoever when they had the ball, they were calm and collected and handled themselves well, thoroughly impressed.
