Yeah but I'm the only one online though.

wireless is notoriously crap for streaming mate.....you need a very good wireless signal to maintain a stable stream (you need to be basically sat on top of the router)

a regular 802.11g router has way more than enough bandwidth to handle a stream like this. It's only if you start throwing HD at it that you should get problems with G. This stream must be barely 800kbps.

If the stream is jumpy it's likely to be either the actual internet connection itself or the computer. Could be a slow computer, older version of flash, any number of reasons.
