I don't see the problem, you don't have to sell a ticket you register, get a free pie and forget about it.

This is the third or fourth time the ViaNoGo pie offer has happened, isn't it?

I'd rather starve than give the touts any further business. The sooner City fecks them off and introduces their own exchange system, the sooner more fans can attend games at more reasonable prices.

Having seen the City area at the ViaNoGo site, I think ditching them could happen as there are always lots of unsold seats from season ticket holders or ViaNoGo's own allocation of level 3 seats, except for the bigger matches.
