Do the other blues give up their free time to help the forum run smoothly and get abuse for precisely that reason ?

I've been on here for almost ten years and one of those was spent moderating. I got more abuse and snide comments directed at me in a month than I have in all the time I've been on here.

The solution is therefore very simple;

Instead of telling someone they are a f*cking ****** (insert any word), you simply caveat the whole phrase with 'I think' as such;
