Frenkie de Jong

No.

City have done their homework.. and you can tellGundogan isn't happy with any of Barca's players so if you cross the viewpoints, there's no one there we would want.
That's harsh. Pedri, Lamine, Gavi, Cubarsi, Araujo, and maybe even FDJ. All world-class in the making or world-class already (Pedri, Araujo).

Of course, I would prefer Bernardo to stay, but there must be a reason why the release clause is there. For me, it's to accommodate his exit.

LOL Harsh??

Haven't we been bitten by enough Barca and Madrid boys wanting to use us a stepping stone?

Gavi and Pedri not happening.

As for the rest.. barely better than Kalvin who we loved so much but couldn't adapt to Pep's demand of what a City player has to do!

I think FDJ is sick of them, though, so it wouldn't be a risk for us, IMO. Pep-type of player. He could fulfill his potential with Pep's guidance.

seen loads of reports now that Barca would take 70m euros for him? If Bernardo does indeed want to play for Barca then would Pep be tempted by Frenkie again i wonder.
