Friends and Family - loyalty points

Trying to find out how many points me dad and son have so know when they're eligible for Wembley tix but can't seem to see how many points they have when I log on my Friends and Family section in my account. I used to be able to see them on the "old" system. Is there a way to find out? Ta

No, is the unfortunate answer. You have to create a profile for them, if they haven’t already got one, and then you can see.

If a friend or family has more points than you, can you still get a ticket at the same time as them, or do you have to wait for the points criteria to drop?

I don’t see why.
There seven of us who regularly go and I’m able to buy all seven together or sometimes a five and a two when we are all level.
Otherwise people would be getting tickets they don’t have the points for and don’t deserve.......oh...
