The ref made a difficult decision and probably got it wrong,however,you cant criticise the man for doing what he believed was right and that was protecting the fighters.

Groves impressed me greatly,he was ahead on points and was the better boxer by far.He deserves the rematch.

I've not much time for Froch,he comes across as a proper prick.

Froch started to get to Groves, Groves was still trying to cover up and/or punch back, fight was stopped way too early. Loads of punches landed, but he hadn't gone down.

Froch would probably have finished him but the ref should have let it go at least a little longer.

Groves got carried away though, he should have just stood off and he would have won easily, he got drawn in and that was the only way Froch could win it and he did, I suspect Groves will be pissed off with himself as well as the ref.
