To do that, that would need some hardcore spotlights, and a non-cloudy night.
Fuck, chancing the weather isn't the Sheiks style, if he really wanted this, he'd just employ a few of his mates to fly up there and get the Dulex out.

Depends what definition of 'Blue Moon' you take. Today is a full moon and as there's 2 this month it can be called a blue moon...... I think.
