Yep, we're back with another one of our guides. Anyone off to Hamburg, or anyone who's just a bit curious, have a butchers at this

<a class="postlink" href="http://www.fsf.org.uk/ground-guide/international-clubs/hamburg/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.fsf.org.uk/ground-guide/inte ... s/hamburg/</a>

It'll be getting updated all the time, so do check back. Our German FSF rep lives and works in Hamburg, so I'm tapping her up for some good local info.

Cheers :)

No problem. We produce them for every game that a British side play abroad in UEFA/Champions League, so if City qualify for the next round it's worth bookmarking our site cos we'll have info on your next opponents as well :)

Why isn't he updating the information? He should do, tbh. A few examples:

"Perhaps surprisingly, there are no direct rail connections from the airport to Hamburg City Centre. ...."

After some years of construction, a direct tube connection opened last December.

"The stadium is set within a park so there are no bars near the ground and nothing around the station either. "

At least there are several food stalls serving beer and bratwurst around. I recommend the "Stadion Eck" near the guest entrance. A good point for meeting the locals and having a beer together.
At the arrival area of the shuttle busses there are also several beer sellers.

"Getting to the ground"

You should add, that there is a free-of-charge shuttle coach service between train station "Stellingen (Arena)" and the ground. No need to walk the 20 mins. (well, on peek time the walk might be quicker anyway...)

I thought I had removed that before putting it up on the site - a lot of the information was taken from the World Cup guide, before that line was constructed, but I swore I'd changed that! It'll be amended now, anyway.

I see now a little technical glitch was showing the site as updated on my end, but not what everyone else sees.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll have to check through the other pages now.
