Coming from someone promoting food that looks like this?

Not the most appetising picture they could have taken!

looks like its been eaten once already
even that big green slug is pulling its nose up at it

LOL, but I'll probably try it. Whats the point of travelling to the continent, sitting in English/Irish theme pubs and eating our 'celebrated' cuisine. When in Rome/Hamburg etc etc.

Love it, some of the German lads falling out (slightly) with each other on here. They've soon settled into the Bluemoon way haven't they. Great stuff lads.

Differnt points of view are not falling out.
By the way: If Labskaus ain't your favourite try the "Friesenkeller" at Alster Lake / Jungfernstieg or the Restaurant in/under the town hall. North German and hanseatic kitchen not only Labskaus.
