Reminds me of when we scored 6 against the rags but then let them score a 3rd and people on here were furious with the 6-3 win.

Same again, some magical moments and some nightmares.

I think the football we've played at times shows we definitely have the right players (on the whole), it's just a case of them getting some backbone when they need it. I would say we crumbled at times tonight, crazy stuff.

It feels like we were screwed by VAR again too but I've not seen replays of their offside goal. The whole thing around offsides and City seems weird at the moment.

Looking at the highlights he stopped them getting double figures. Our defense and midfield gave him a busy night

Just never play savinho again I don’t care get him out on loan or let spurs have him for free..As for that game fantastic for the neutral,but how do you fall apart being 5-1 up and then end up hanging on,fair play to Fulham they deserve the plaudits does anyone think if we were 5-1 down we’d of had Fulham holding on,I doubt it very much..

Momentum in sport is huge. When you have it you can go 1-5 up, when you lose it it’s extremely difficult to get it back and the other team can build it and run with their own momentum and make it 4-5.

It’s why you often see teams lose big leads in title races. It’s not that they’ve bottled it, it’s just that once you relax and even begin to coast, it’s very difficult to get back up to the previous levels where you were building the lead with the momentum built.

MR Magoo can see our weakness out wide and the PANIC from the 2 centre-backs is clear to see because of the lack of help they are getting.

The 3 points we take home taste bitter after being 5.1 up. It does nothing to take us forward into the weekend game.

Rather focus on the positives and there were a few.

5 goals away from home , Haaland reachiing the ton , second in the league , 2 points behind Arsenal who are not world beaters , 19 wins on the spin against Fulham , 16 in the premier league.

In saying all that we are struggling to play games out and 5 conceded in the past two second half's against mediocre opposition cannot continue. Fitness levels and an ability to close out games like we used to do have to improve markedly.
