But given how rubbish we supposedly are to many on here, we're only 2 points behind the so called run away leaders.

Rodders back would be a game changer. We have an England international DM we will never play tho….2nd half there was basically no pattern of play. Thats the problem. It’s nuts we are second and I’m glad we are. Fullbacks who are midfielders and Johnny playing CDM tells its own story about our relative strength

Not sure what to make of that, reaffirms my personal thinking that we will not be winning the league this year, top 4 and CL qualification is our priority.
Some great stuff but some absolute shit last 20 minutes.
Erl should have made it 6-2 with a simple header and after that we fell to pieces.
Again, midfield completely vanished 2nd half after 5-2, we need some serious steel in there.
Not impressed with GK last 30 minutes.
How many corners do we concede every game? Problem is, we look like conceding with too ma ny of them.
Some hilarious virtue signalling from the usual happy clappers at 5-1....oddly, they all disappeared when it got to 5-3.
And as for Pep, Savinho is not the player to bring on when we are under the cosh. His recent subs have been baffling

Donnarumma has serious weaknesses most notably coming for corners and ball playing. I’ve noticed that they’ve been showing up quite a lot lately.

Pep’s decisions since the international break make zero sense to me. Foden was hugging the touchline last game today he was in midfield. Cherki only comes on after the 80th min. Multiple chances to Savio and Reinjders etc

Pep has lost his bald mind.

Big, BIG questions need to be asked in the summer. Our players are FRIGHTENED of making any mistake or taking ANY responsibility in case it goes wrong.

You have to ask who has put that fear into them. You have to ask why our second half performances are so poor after spending 15 minutes with him. All the good form and rhythm we had before the international break has gone. It comes back to one man.

The same man who insists on playing Savinho while Marmoush sits on the bench and Grealish bangs goals in for Everton. He can have the season, to see where we are, but this is Wenger 2009 territory for me and the club has to decide.

Yeah, I don’t think he was particularly at fault for any of them, apart from the one where he didn’t punch clear properly (their third I think). Foden and Silva didn’t react quickly enough either though.

9 City players in the box for that and 4 (if not 5) Fulham players unmarked on the edge of the area. It’s just piss poor organisation.

I don't know why Reijnders can't sit in and do a job in the 6. Gundo wasn't world class there, but he could do it if he needed to and we wouldn't collapse (pretending last season didn't happen).

Fuck knows where we are at. 2 points behind Arsenal and we look terrible in patches and they look excellent in patches.

That was brilliant, until a point when it wasn’t. Unsure if we aren’t up to speed, running on empty, or too arrogant to understand that playing for City in the PL, the game is never over.

Really enjoyed it though, very happy with the 3 points a couple of new records. Especially happy for Erling.
