A total disaster completely knocks our confidence after a difficult week and puts the doubts back in the players minds after Pep fucked up pulling the same trick last year.

I like it. Back 5 with wing backs providing the width means the 2"wide" forwards in Jesus and torres can offer the overload out wide or operate inside getting bodies in the box with bernardo and Rodri pull the strings

Change torres for a foden/kdb in the same role and that could be a very legitimate side to play in a tricky champs league game against a side that favours playing against our usual style.

We need other options, he's trying one out here in a game we should be winning and a game we can afford to lose if worst case scenario happens.

I don't expect it to be fluid tonight and I suspect he will revert back to our usual style after an hour but hopefully there's enough signs of promise for it to be an option.

Don't know about any sterling bust up but he doesn't deserve to be in the side right now so it's no loss, if he's seen his arse because of being benched a few times I'm glad Peps taken strong action, he has no credible claim to a guaranteed starting spot given his performances, hopefully its the reality check and rocket he needs

Plus a draw isn’t really any use to them with games running out, they need to rack up 3-4 wins
