If what you infer is the case he’d be looking at retirement then wouldn’t he? I think such contracts do occur, but it all depends on the motivation of the player imho.

I don't know if anyone's noticed but over the last six games we've actually got the best record of the top five teams. Fulham's record in the same period is not good at all. We've also not lost in the league since back in March — that was at Forest, and a scuzzy game and goal that was (we should never have lost it). Finally, Fulham have really got noting to play for, and we've got really quite a lot to play for.
We should be able to win this.

I’m amazed that Pep didn’t call out the ref before the game on Sunday like he did Alti Boy b4 the derby the other season.
What happened in the cup final only affected that game, still can’t believe we haven’t made an almighty stink about it, but if the same type of thing happens again at Fulham it could affect us for years, so a quick mention in the presser today would’ve made them think twice.
We need to put the game to bed early and calm any nerves, mine especially.
