Why so many people think that Rodri and Nico will start together next season? I personally don´t think that will be the case.

Because Nico has played most of his career in midfield, but not at DM. He's a player that the club think can cover for Rodri, but who will go into rotation in the midfield positions when Rodri plays.

Reckon Tuesday took a lot out of Kev and Pep maybe wants to keep him in reserve to come on if:

1) we’re up by 3 and can give him a ‘testimonial’ last 20 minutes

2) we’re down a goal and can give him a chance to add to his legend

Either way, we’ll see him on the pitch before the final whistle, especially as this will be a fairly friendly away crowd.

Wouldn’t surprise me at all if a lot of Fulham fans join in clapping him off at the end (perhaps just happy to see the back of him, ha!).

Who should he have started instead of? Kovacic and bernardo have been our two best players over the last several months which saw us go on a 10 game unbeaten run.
