I work for Talk Talk, inbound call center. This kind call is something I would have to deal with on a daily bases.
I was told by a friend once that a customer called in and didn't like the fact that his Broadband serivce was cut off becuase he wouldn't pay his bills. He spoke with a girl and told her to put his serivces back on or he'd find her and smash her head in.
She hung up the call, the customer then came to the call centre with some flowers for the girl but he never wrote who they were from. When he watched her come out of the call center with the flowers he followed her and kick the shit out of her.
