Weather he turns out to be any good or not buying him before the Olympics started has probably saved about £10m maybe more should he have a blinder in the final and become a superstar in brazil

I managed to get a download of the game (fuck you BBC) & again, I'm not sure I've seen anyone who plays like this lad, in the position he is in now. A lot of the time, he is taking up defensive positions or pressing wide, then suddenly he's in behind the defence, or even in the cf spot.

He's like the perfect Pep player. If you compare his movement to Martial for instance, in a similar role, he makes Martial look like an old oil tanker.
Don't mention oil ffs fella.. ;)

If you consider his age & the fact he hasn't even been near anyone like Pep so far, perhaps he won't need that much time.

We'll have to see how he adapts to the conditions when he gets here.

Just not a fan of these young Brasilians coming over before 21, Brasil has turned into a youth factory for European football clubs at the expense of their own talent pool & Joga Bonito foobtalling culture. Many compain that they are becoming Europeanized at a crucial stage and losing their footballing identity.

That being said, Jesus has a lot of qualities to build on and as much as I could've seen him at Barca one day I am happy that he'll benefit from the tutelage of Pep

Anyone else think if he played for the rags the press would be reporting yesterdays game very differently ? his 2 goals hardly getting a mention

Needs to get a stupid haircut hang round with unknown rappers and act like a wanna be gangsta first mate !

Down here everything is crazy right now. Despite the fact that the games have been very nice, with some brazilians getting gold medals from out of the blue, you guys know how thing works. It is all about football. It doesnt matter anything else but this final game clash against germany. Add to that three things:

1) We have won everything and every championship god has created in the word of football but... the olympics. Its an honor thing, what can I say?
2) It is against germany, in brazil, in maracanã. Ok, it is not a world cup, it is the brazilian baby team blah blah blah. For us, it is a chance for redemption. Think about it, Jesus will redeem Brazil. :)
3) Hopes are high, very high on this brazilian frontmen trio. Neymar, Gabigol and Gabriel Jesus are been considered the coming back of the brazilian team as we know. Specially with Jesus (everybody more or less was expecting neymar to play well). There is a huge rivalty between the city of são paulo and rio de janeiro. Jesus plays for palmeiras and, normally, rio de janeiro fans would have some reserves over this fact. In 20 minutes he made them all sing along the now nationally known "gloria gloria aleluia, gloria gloria aleluia, gloria gloria aleluia, é gabriel jesus".

What iam positive is that, if you like football, it would be a good thing to try and watch this game live, I think it has everething to be one hell of a nice one.

Cheers from Brazil
