If he's been doing gym work already (especially working with the mad air supported running machine) then I'd be optimistic. Still wouldn't want to see it rushed though, we don't want another Vinny.

Yeah hopefully, especially at his age he should have plenty of natural fitness. Fucking hell at his age I was playing Football, GAA, Hurling and Hockey, in Jiu-Jitsu and on the piss 7 nights a week
