Either his agent has a stutter or somewhere if repeating guys words from yesterday.
And the agreement with City is that he finishes the season in Brazil, which is December and then maybe goes on loan. I suspect we'll want him to get some European experience rather than more Brazilian. Not that you sure turn your nose up at Brazilian.
